Our 3 Top Thoughts to reduce burnout at work

Last month World Health Organisation re-classified ‘burnout’.  It’s now being recognised as a syndrome and being described as an “occupational phenomenon”.   Here are our top 3 thoughts to reduce burnout and manage your wellness:

 
  1. Take a break and go outside – Make time for breaks and lunch.  Enjoy a balanced healthy meal followed by a stroll to soak up the outdoors.

  2. Re-focus – Struggling on an email or a particular task?  Take a moment out and try completing an online puzzle to help yourself re-focus.

  3. Talk – Discuss your thoughts and any struggles with your manager or HR rep.  They have an obligation to support you!
