B.I.T.T. Services - DSA-Rates

As a fully approved and registered DSA supplier, we at B.I.T.T. Services provide the following Non-Medical Helper provisions:

Assistive Technology Training – Band 4
Study Skills Support (SpLDs) – Band 4
Study Skills Support (ASC) – Band 4
Specialist Mentoring (Mental Health) – Band 4
Specialist Mentoring (ASC) – Band 4

We are able to predominantly support Students in the Greater London area. We may be able to accommodate, in special circumstances, Students further afield so please contact us directly if you would like to check our availability for a particular individual.

We normally expect to place a Student with one of our Tutors or Mentors within 5 working days from the date the Student makes contact. If we are unable to place the Student within 10 working days, we will offer them the option of switching to an alternative provider in order not to hold up their support (more details below).

The prices in the table below are valid from 01/07/2021 through to 31/08/2023 for Students in receipt of new DSA’s. For previous pricing schemas please contact us.

Assistive Technology Tuition

£62 per hour + VAT
Typically 3 hours per session

£69 per hour + VAT
Typically 1-2 hours per session
Minimum of 1 hours per session

Specialist Mentor (Mental Health & Autism Spectrum)

£65.00 per hour + VAT

We Can Deliver

With over 18 years of experience, as a company, working with Students in receipt of DSA’s, we understand the diverse range of people there are and the even more diverse range of needs they have; some of our support workers have been working in the field of DSA for over 20 years. In that time we have supported thousands of students with only a handful of complaints, none of which have ever gone unresolved or resulted in any form of escalation. We pride ourselves on our service and reputation.

If there is a student that you are finding it difficult to place or you feel they may need support that goes above and beyond get in touch and we can discuss how the support can be facilitated to best serve the student.

If, for whatever reason, we are unable to facilitate support for a student, we will always go out of our way to notify all parties, including the Funding Body, Assessment Centre and Assessor (when details are available), in order to not hold up the students support.
